When Are Your Classes - What Days And Times?

Classes must be booked online and paid in advance via our online system here
Payment is by debit/credit card.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH AND PAYMENTS CANNOT BE MADE AT THE STUDIO.
Do You Do Beginners Classes?
Most of our classes are taught as Mixed Abilities. Any classes accepting beginners are marked as (BEGINNERS WELCOME) on our timetable.
Please note we DO NOT RUN FREE TASTER SESSIONS!
Classes can be booked individually PAYG to come and try out before committing further if you wish.
All the exercises in classes accepting beginners are tailored to YOU and your own ability and fitness level.
Our instructors are very experienced and are used to working with people of all levels and abilities and our students are all very welcoming and encouraging to new students (they were beginners too at one point remember!)

Is There Parking Available?
Yes we have 5 allocated parking spaces outside our building.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF OUR NEIGHBOUR'S BUILDINGS OR RESTRICT ACCESS AT ANY TIME.
There is also parking available on the road outside.
I Am Interested In Joining But I Feel I Am Not Fit Enough To Come To Class.
We have students of all ages, fitness levels and abilities who attend our classes and we are a very supportive environment.
Please don't let any of these be a deciding factor in taking our classes.
How Old Do You Have To Be To Attend Classes?
AERIAL CLASSES - We run kids aerial sling classes and aerial hoop classes for children aged 6 and over. There is no upper age limit for attending classes. Please visit our timetable to view - please note these classes are very popular and often have waiting lists.
POLE CLASSES - Our pole fitness classes are for age 16 and over.
There is no upper age limit for attending classes.
Can I Come and Watch a Class?
Unfortunately we are unable to permit spectators into our classes other than immediate family members of our students and those who are known to us personally. This is for security and safeguarding reasons to protect our students.
What Do I Wear/Bring To Class?
For pole please either wear shorts or a pair of jogging bottoms that can be rolled up to your knees. Any top is fine and you will be in bare feet.
For aerial please wear leggings or jogging bottoms and a top that covers your stomach and back that does not ride up or fall over your face when leaning over or upside down. You may wish to bring some long socks or leg warmers. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR SHORTS FOR AERIAL CLASSES AS THE EQUIPMENT CAN CAUSE FRICTION BURNS ON BARE SKIN.
Please also bring a bottle of water.
What If I Miss A Class?
If you cannot attend a class and inform us MORE THAN 24HRS before the class is due to start, you simply cancel your space on our system and will be automatically credited. You MUST cancel your space on the system for this to happen!
IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US BEFORE THE 24HR CUT OFF OR DO NOT CANCEL YOUR SPACE ON THE SYSTEM, YOUR CLASS CANNOT BE CREDITED.
No refunds can be made unless a class is cancelled by the studio.
Unfortunately despite the current situation with Covid 19, our cancellations policy still stands and we cannot make exceptions for people needing to isolate. We would ask that our customers are kind regarding this and please bear in mind that like many businesses over the past 2 years, we are going through a period of recovery and still need to cover our overheads.
